Why should I use VA-Supports instead of a temp agency?

Unlike with a temp agency, we work for you. We have several years of experience and our goal is to help your company grow. Temp agencies cannot guarantee the same temp or quality of work each time you need their help. We can guarantee the same or improved quality each time.

What are the benefits of contracting with VA-Supports rather than hiring an employee?

How much do Virtual Assistants (VA-Supports) charge?

Virtual Assistants charge differently and can range up to $75 an hour. VA-Supports charges $30.00 per hour and offers discounts for long-term contracts or return clients.

At first glance this may appear to be a high rate, so let's look at what it can really cost to have an employee: statistics show that employees actually cost 2 to 2-1/2 times their rate of pay when you factor in the cost of recruitment, base salary, employment taxes, mandatory insurance benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick days, equipment and training. Don't forget the amount of time lost to socializing and personal conflicts.

Who can benefit from using VA-Supports?

One of the most amazing things about virtual assistance is: nearly anyone and any company, large or small, can benefit from using a VA. A large company can hire less help, a small company can have the VA do their billing, collections, marketing, etc. You could even hire a VA for personal needs, such as planning that special event or vacation, creating invitations, or even managing your personal bills and expenses.

Do I need to use a local VA?

No. With being a Virtual Assistant, location doesn't matter. No matter where your company is, or if it even relocates, it does not affect our ability to do our jobs. Work is typically distributed via email, fax, telephone, or in some cases, the US Postal service.

Is there a minimum fee for projects?

VA-Supports does not charge a minimum fee for projects; however, we prefer to reduce overhead costs from quoting small projects of less than two (2) hours.

Is there a referral bonus?

VA-Supports offers a referral bonus to existing clients. For anyone you refer to VA-Supports who uses our services, you will receive between one (1) and two (2) hours of VA-Supports work FREE, depending on the size of the referral.

That is a $30 - $60 referral bonus!
